State of the Heart Fitness is a wellness organization dedicated to empowering you to meet your health and fitness goals.

We believe wellness is more than the absence of disease – it is a holistic approach to the body, mind and spirit. Health is the foundation of wellness, and our fitness programs and services help you achieve life-long health and sustainable lifestyle changes through exercise, healthy eating and stress management skills. Our programs will increase your energy, vitality and sense of well-being and allow you to get off the scale and back into balance.

Programs

  • Back to Basics: helps you connect the dots to see the bigger picture of how your choices not only affect your well-being, but also how “less can be more” while you feel and look better from the inside out!
  • Basic Training on the Beach: a great way to get motivated and start the day in a beautiful and motivating setting.


Classes are held daily and include Water Aerobics, Spinning®, Body Toning, Swiss Ball, Yoga, Pilates, Treadmill, and Kickboxing.

Personal Training consists of individualized sessions with a State of the Heart Fitness Exercise Physiologist or Certified Personal Trainer designed and suited to specifically help you meet your personal health and fitness needs, safely and effectively.

State of the Heart Fitness was established by Exercise Physiologists with more than a decade of experience in designing exercise and wellness programs for people of varying fitness levels and health concerns.
