US
State of the Heart Fitness is a wellness organization dedicated
to empowering you to meet your health and fitness goals.
We believe wellness is more than the absence of disease
– it is a holistic approach to the body, mind and
spirit. Health is the foundation of wellness, and our
fitness programs and services help you achieve life-long
health and sustainable lifestyle changes through exercise,
healthy eating and stress management skills. Our programs
will increase your energy, vitality and sense of well-being
and allow you to get off the scale and back into balance.
Programs
Classes are held daily and include Water Aerobics, Spinning®,
Body Toning, Swiss Ball, Yoga, Pilates, Treadmill, and
Kickboxing.
Personal Training consists of individualized sessions
with a State of the Heart Fitness Exercise Physiologist
or Certified Personal Trainer designed and suited to specifically
help you meet your personal health and fitness needs,
safely and effectively.
State of the Heart Fitness was established by Exercise
Physiologists with more than a decade of experience in
designing exercise and wellness programs for people of
varying fitness levels and health concerns.
