Exercise Classes         
 

State of the Heart Fitness offers a variety of exercise classes for
all fitness levels at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel.

Classes included are: spinning®, water aerobics, body sculpting, core conditioning
(w/ the exercise ball), yoga, pilates, NIA, walking beach meditations,
beach stretch, along with basic training on the beach.
