Structure:
30 minutes of Cardio (Aerobic) exercise using a variety of
cardio equipment such as treadmills, elliptical trainers,
bikes & rowing machines; the workout varies every session
to prevent boredom and create optimal results!
20 minutes of Resistance Training using weight machines, free
weights, exercise balls & tubing, as well as body weight
exercises. This simple, yet effective routine includes all
the major muscle groups & helps to improve strength, balance
and posture.
10 minutes of "Everyday Exercises" & Stretching
is the perfect way to finish your routine to release tension,
improve range of motion and agility, and feel relaxed at the
end of your day!
Note: For those who have never done one
of our programs or personal trained with us before, a one-time
initiation fee is required but includes a fitness
assessment, 2
personal training sessions (to familiarize you
with the structure and your basic routine for the program
- must be completed before the start of the program), &
a Heart Rate Monitor.
