This 6-week group training program
provides one hour self-paced sessions that include a combination of cardio, strength, & flexibility exercises. The objective of On the Move is so the participant feels motivated, sees progress and builds confidence with a safe, effective and balanced exercise routine. Your sessions are monitored and supervised by an instructor who adjusts your workout accordingly to hold you accountable to your health and fitness goals.

Program Days: Tuesday & Thursday evenings

1 hour sessions begin at:
5:30-6:30 pm
6:00-7:00 pm
6:30-7:30 pm

 

 

 


Structure:


30 minutes of Cardio (Aerobic) exercise using a variety of cardio equipment such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes & rowing machines; the workout varies every session to prevent boredom and create optimal results!

20 minutes of Resistance Training using weight machines, free weights, exercise balls & tubing, as well as body weight exercises. This simple, yet effective routine includes all the major muscle groups & helps to improve strength, balance and posture.

10 minutes of "Everyday Exercises" & Stretching is the perfect way to finish your routine to release tension, improve range of motion and agility, and feel relaxed at the end of your day!

Note: For those who have never done one of our programs or personal trained with us before, a one-time initiation fee is required but includes a fitness assessment, 2 personal training sessions (to familiarize you with the structure and your basic routine for the program - must be completed before the start of the program), & a Heart Rate Monitor.

(Seasonal - Summertime)

If you're looking for an added “boost” to your exercise program while having fun and getting fit on the beach, come join us for Basic Training on the Beach! Have fun in the early morning sun!

The 6-8 week program is held on the beach in front of the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. Training includes a variety of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises such as sand walking/jogging, hill work, exercise tubing exercises, core stabilization, yoga and relaxation. Every day is a different workout and it's a great way to start your day!

Program includes a fitness assessment at the beginning and at the end of the program to chart your progress.

Program Days:
Tuesday & Thursday mornings
6:30 - 7:30 am
