After 15 years of working as an exercise physiologist, personal trainer and lifestyle coach, - including 7 years at the world-renowned Pritikin Longevity Center - Lisa Brisse of State of the Heart Fitness understands the struggle it takes to shift to a healthy lifestyle.

"It's probably the most challenging thing in our life because it's not a quick fix; its an everyday practice of conscious awareness and choices… and that simply takes time" Lisa says.
