Life Wellness Coaching is designed to provide you with the guidance, tools, accountability, & support to help you transform yourself, your health, and your life, one day at a time.

What does Life Wellness Coaching consist of?

  1. An initial 75 minute Intro Consultation - which includes a comprehensive health questionnaire & discussion of one's health, fitness and overall life goals
  2. Once-a-week scheduled phone calls (45 minutes each) to:
    • discuss, plan & structure your weekly exercise/eating/wellness goals
    • discuss any obstacles (physical, mental or emotional) that get in the way
      of taking good care of yourself
    • strategize for working through these obstacles
  3. "Inner Workout" Assignments:  includes periodic reading & journaling assignments
    (depending on the person's goals)
  4. Weekly action plan
  5. online email & support

Tools Utilized:

  1. State of the Heart Fitness' "Way to Wellness" Journal
  2. State of the Heart Fitness' "Living in Balance" Relaxation CD
  3. Exercise Diagrams & specific guidance for each exercise recommended
  4. Progress logs
  5. Educational articles pertaining to your specific health concerns/goals

     Other optional tools:  Heart Rate Monitor & Pedometer

Time Commitment:  8-12 weeks (8-12 coaching calls)
