especially if you feel intimidated

At State of the Heart Fitness, because we work with people of all ages, health concerns and fitness levels, we design your exercise and training sessions to meet you at your level. For some, it may be an intense workout on the beach, and for others it may be a gentle hour of stretch and relaxation to relieve stress. Everyone has different needs, abilities and goals and we ensure that your sessions are what you need on that particular day.

Our highest priority is your safety. Your sessions will be
effective but also fun at the same time!

 

 


All personal training with State of the Heart Fitness begins with a thorough health questionnaire, fitness assessment, and consultation with an Exercise Physiologist to address your level of fitness, specific health issues, lifestyle and overall goals. From here, we give you an exercise prescription and together decide what personal training package and action plan would be best for you.


     

In addition to single sessions equal to 30-60 minutes in length, we also offer packages of 6, 12, 18, 24 sessions to ensure cost effectiveness as well as to keep you accountable to yourself! Semi-private sessions (2 people), Group Training (3 or more) & In-home training sessions are also available.
