At State of the Heart Fitness, because
we work with people of all ages, health concerns and fitness levels,
we design your exercise and training sessions to meet you at your
level. For some, it may be an intense workout on the beach, and
for others it may be a gentle hour of stretch and relaxation to
relieve stress. Everyone has different needs, abilities and goals
and we ensure that your sessions are what you need on that particular
day.

is your safety. Your sessions will be
